Larry and Beth Briney came to the staff of Valley Christian Center in June of 1986, after pastoring for twenty-five years, and now serve as associate pastors. They have three grown children, five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Larry and Beth were married January 1, 1955.

Brain Cain has been on staff since January 2005. He graduated from Southern California College, now Vanguard University with a degree in Psychology. Brian and his wife, Carolyn, have been married since 1991 and have four daughters: Samantha, Michaela, Tessa and Eliana.
Pastor Rene Charest
Men's Ministries
 

Rene M. Charest is the Director of Men's Ministries and has been serving at Valley Christian Center since 1994. He is married to Kristi and they have two married children and 1 grandchild. Rene serves as the founder and CEO of CharestCorp, a commercial construction company, and is a nationally certified church consultant. His heart is to release men into market place ministry and to help them identify and put to practical use their gifts.

Pastor Ryan Davis
ReWired Youth (Wired 7-8 & Revolution 9-12)
 

Ryan grew up in the Los Angeles area, and graduated from The King's College in 2000 with a degree in Theology. He moved to Oakhurst in 2001 where he pastored the youth and met His wife, Christen. They were married in November 2003 then moved to Fresno and joined the staff of Valley Christian Center. They have two children.

Pastor Ed Graveline
Administrator, Operations, Finance, Scouting, Financial Ministries
 
Edward Graveline joined the staff of VCC in September, 1979, as the Administrative Pastor. He and his wife Kathy have 4 married sons and 5 grandchildren. Pastor Ed also oversees the churches finances, facilities, personnel, development, scouting and Financial Ministries.
Pastor David Guzman
Neighborhood Community Church
 
David is the Pastor or our Neighborhood Community Church, a Ministy of Valley Christian Center. He and his wife, Helen, have four children and one grandchild.
Pastor Roy Livingston
Pastoral Care and Counseling, Library
 
Roy and June Livingston have served as Associate Pastors since August, 1976. Their have three married children, and 7 grandchildren. Roy also oversees the Church Library, Marriage Retreats, Ministering Helps, Mission Teams, Premarital Class, and Ushers/Water Baptism.

Children's Ministry
 

Jenna Livingston and her husband, Matthew, were married in 1998 and have three children. Jenna grew up at Valley Christian Center and has been serving on the Children's Ministries Team since 2003. She graduated from LIFE Pacific College in 2002 where she earned a degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology. Jenna has a call to see God's Word become alive and active in a child's life. Together with her husband, Matt, they have a strong desire to lead children into the presence of God.

Pastor Dan Tovar
Iglesia Hispana de Valley Christian Center

Dan and Paula Tovar have been Pastors for our Spanish Ministries since 1994. They oversee the Sunday afternoon bible study classes and the Spanish Cell Groups that meet during the week. They have five children, and one grandchild.

 
Roger Whitlow
Founding Pastor

Roger and Donna Whitlow were Senior Pastors for Valley Christian Center from 1970-2005. In the early years, the Lord answered fervent prayer for renewal in the life of the church. The power of God's Word and the Holy Spirit became marvelously evident as more and more people were drawn to be disciples and worshippers of Jesus, delighting in the great love that saturated the fellowship. That same love and community of fellowship through the Word and worship continues today at Valley Christian Center.
